The black woman is so rude. Refuse assist ordered from App for 20 minutes still need to wait. The manager state there are so many orders many people need to wait. Will report this to corp to suspend their franchise.

The SLOWEST service ever. Don't bother going in for a coffee even if you have pre-ordered it. The morning rush hour is ridiculous. There's never more than two people working. I left 12 minutes earlier to stop and get one cup of coffee this morning, as the DD is right above the subway station. There were only two people in front of me - I had to leave the line to go make my train. This is the third time this has happened this month. And the employees - the kind ones never last. Or maybe they've given up working at this circus. Lastly, it is filthy as well. I will never go back to this location, and I'm a lifelong Dunkin fan. If there is a headquarters that manages Dunkins, you should check this one out. They are bringing your brand down.

I've been too many of them and they are mostly the same and one thing stands out is that they are very nice to their customers however this one feels different. It's closed off the refrigerator access is closed the guy behind the register is too aggressive and too straight forward. I don't like the setup but atleast the food came out right. However I still would have preferred another place. They even answer back and get in screaming matches with customers. Crazy stuff

THE WORST DUNKIN IN THE USA. Not only is the staff nasty, her coffee is super super nasty. She’s sooo cheap. Put 2 cream in a medium hot coffee instead of 3! She didn’t even give me a straw for the ice tea. I asked to use the restroom and she said “out of service.” It’s a shame that this place exists. It should be out of business. Does NOT meet Dunkin standards at all.
