They straight up ignore the speaker and force everyone to pull up to the pickup window—where you’re supposed to get your food, not place your order. What kind of drive-thru doesn’t take orders? Total joke. Complete chaos. Whoever’s managing this place clearly doesn’t care. Avoid this location at all costs.

I come here often during my lunch break and each day I spend 20-30 minutes waiting for my food from a “fast food” restaurant. Time and time again this happens, most of the employees i see are lazy and only work quick and nice whenever the boss or manager is in and the restaurant is getting inspected.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer ServiceI don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience at this McDonald’s. I stopped by to get something to eat and asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom before ordering. Not only did he ignore me at first, but when I asked again, he simply said “no” without any explanation.I explained that I planned to order food and asked if he could please call the manager. He refused again. Thankfully, a few kind customers helped me figure out who the manager was so I could speak to her myself.Unfortunately, the manager was just as unhelpful and had a poor attitude. She claimed the area was closed, even though there were other customers clearly sitting and eating at tables. The whole situation felt unfair and left me feeling discriminated against.This was a very disappointing visit. The customer service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning. First and last time at this location

I just ordered from this location through a drive thru that I waited 40 minutes in because they want to take orders at the last window where you pick up your order. I get my order and it was incorrect. I go back to the drive thru speaker where I explain my order is wrong and they expected for me to wait again or come in which was unfair as I had my dog in the car with me. I had to leave my dog in the car to go inside. I asked them to make my order over again because it was cold and they seemed confused. I asked for a spicy Mccrispy deluxe no pickles and they gave me no lettuce. My icecream was melted and the new mc Crispy sandwich they gave me was not cooked properly and I waisted money because every bite I took it was nasty and undercooked. I also asked for my receipt which they didn't give me back. This location needs to be reported to the Department of health and shut down. Horrible food, and customer service.
