Terribly ran. Made order on app. Someone called my order number, I approached the window and the lady wearing a black dress shirt asked me to get away from the window. I informed her my number was called. Her reply was, “can’t you see I am helping someone else? You just have to wait!” If I see her at my pharmacy I will do the same to her so she can understand that is not how one should treat another person when you hold a managerial position.

No manager in sight. I waited 20 minutes or so to put in an order, there was nobody at the counter! Finally a teenager with attitude showed up. My sandwich wasn’t properly wrapped, it came open. And it was missing a paddy! come on. They have just let go of this place. All kinds of people just hanging around the dining area, not customers. You don’t want to eat here, certainly don’t bring your kids here, I wouldn’t even order for take out from this place.

This location isn’t bad at all. It’s clean and it’s a nice place to sit down and eat. You can see park which is just off in the distance.The food is just above average for a McDonalds restaurant so that is pretty good.Of all the locations in the Flatbush neighborhood, I’d recommend this one.
