October 19 · Jaydeep RavalFor an unforgettable Bengali sweet experience in New Jersey, look no further than the local sweet shops offering a taste of Kolkata’s finest. Each bite feels like a celebration, whether it’s the delicate sponginess of Rasgulla or the rich creaminess of Malai Chomchom. The variety is impressive, with treats like Sandesh and Rabdi which is my favorite and made fresh and perfectly balanced in sweetness. What sets these shops apart is their attention to tradition and flavor, making every visit a delicious journey into Bengal’s rich culinary heritage. Ideal for both special occasions and everyday indulgence!Having devoured these delicacies for years, I can confidently say that the quality remains as exceptional as ever. It’s rare to find such consistency over time, and these shops continue to deliver that authentic Bengali sweetness with every visit. Whether for a celebration or a simple treat, their unwavering quality keeps me coming back for more!
October 19 · Nikunj PatelVery Very POOR QUALITY of food. I picked up an 11 oz box of 'EMARTI' - (usually prepared like donuts) - it was FULL OF OIL that was not drained before being dipped into sugar syrup. POOR PREPARATION, SURE TO GET YOU SICK. And they charge $7/- for this nonsense!! Please shut this place down. They supply to Indian Grocery stores as JAIN FOODS 'gourmet Indian sweets & snacks". This stuff is HORRIBLE!!
October 03 · Sky ClipperFreshly made mouthfull of deliciousness. Loved the rabri and gulab jamun sandwich. I stopped going to other places for sweets after tasting them here :)Would highly recommend if you want to taste good indian bengali sweets...
