I came here for a big order for work - 3 dozen doughnuts, and 2 box o' Joe.Mira was the only person working and she managed to accommodate my order in a timely manner while assisting other customers on line.Mira was very polite and provided great customer service, even under a lot of pressure from multiple orders.Thank you!

Their customer sucks. I ordered hash browns, coolatta, 2 strawberry donuts & the donuts weren’t in the bag. I called them to notify them and they were very careless acting confused .. if a bag is sealed & stapled before handing it to the delivery driver then it’s on the stores fault. They kept saying no no no. I will never order from here AGAIN

Their staff is always a pleasure. They know what they’re doing, they don’t make mistakes, and they’re so nice in the morning! I’ve been coming here for years.This Dunkin has the full food and drink menu, and the “coffee on tap” system.

This location needs extra customer service training immediately. There is one solid employee who is great & everyone loves her. But when she is not there, it’s a total mess. Employees do not want to help customers. They are arguing back and forth with me for a MISTAKE they had done & had the audacity to tell me they will need to charge me for another drink if I want them to remake it??!!! Worst Dunkin experience ever!
