Order simple hot latte and got a warm to cold latte. (#822) I might’ve as well ordered 3 iced lattes; they were all the same temperature. 2nd time they messed up my order, very disorganized.

Been coming here for daily for 3 years. After my treatment today I’ll never go back. Be prepared to wait! Manager is rude there.

Tried to load and pay with rewards cards and was forced to payed from my newly purchased card to save the lady an extra step . Also forgot my donuts . 6 people there just moseying around .

Good Dunkin Donuts, it's very organized and their customer service are quick and efficient, I recommend this location, however, the Kiosk was out of service so correct that whenever you get the chance, thanks! NEW UPDATE: They fixed the machine, and love the Churro Donuts BTW..

I asked for 2 strawberry donuts and a light and sweet coffee but I was given 2 chocolate donuts and a coffee that wasn’t light and sweet. When I went back the employee told me I’m making a big deal out of nothing. Very professional service.
