How is this acceptable? Gave me my coffee in a defective cup and lid, it got all over my pants and sweater as I was walking out. The worst part is that this it not the first time this happens. The ladies at counter are nice but come on out some attention to detail. There’s no reason for a paying customer to drink coffee out of a cup that looks this nasty.

This is a 24hr Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts location,where I was just screamed at by a crew member more than once for attempting to use a coupon I recived from the Baskin Robbins App. I was told they DO NOT ACCEPT BASKIN ROBBINS COUPONS and if I wanted to use one I'd have to come back between the hours of 6AM & 10PM and speak to the manager.So the employee who just made my Icecream cone (mint chocolate chip: see photos) put the icecream back in the freezer and the cone back on the rack, which I found to be very unsanitary.I've never ordered icecream from this location and after being treated this way for wanting to use a coupon that makes no mention of any time of day restriction it'll likely be the last time I'll attempt to use any Baskin Robbins App or coupon.P.s.Oh just so you know, they accept DD Perks Coupons 24/7

My cup was leaking during my trip from my home to work. I went to this location to get a different cup willing to pay for it. Mad a big deal and kept say that’s a different store can’t give you the cup. Meanwhile one of the lady gave it to me. The cashier tells me to come to the register thinking I’m going to pay but she still arguing with me saying that’s a different store we can’t give the cup. I’m like seriously I’m willing to pay for it. Keep talk I just walked out since I got the cup.

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts and had an excellent experience.
