★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a stunningly chic spot for brunch! I had the matcha soufflé, soft shell crab burger, corn French toast, cold brew jasmine green tea, and sunny side up matcha, and I was absolutely in love with every bite and sip.My favorites were the matcha soufflé and the corn French toast, both incredibly fluffy, almost like tasting clouds. The ceremonial matcha I ordered was rich, earthy, and beautifully balanced, totally worth the upgrade. And the cold brew jasmine green tea was so refreshing and floral. The entire café has such a modern, minimalistic, chic vibe, from the food presentation to the interior design. Everything was not only delicious but also beautiful and totally Instagram-worthy. A perfect place for a stylish brunch date or solo treat-yourself moment. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
September 25 · Bella LuVery cute place, awesome beverages and delicious food. We had a lovely time. We ordered the souffle pancakes which do take about 15-20 minutes to be prepared but are worth the wait. We also got some delicious and beautiful drinks and kimchi rice. Everything had an amazing look and presentation as well as tasting amazing 👏
September 17 · Melissa ReresLocated on the 3rd floor of the hotel, this place was not difficult to find. Staff was super friendly and attentive! The food was yummy. The mushroom pasta was really good and the meat was not missed. The pancakes I will say were less fluffy in texture compared to their other location in LES. Nonetheless the flavor was the same. I thought the matcha pancakes were tasty and my friend enjoyed his. The coffee was also good and it wasn’t watered down or anything.
August 19 · J CabreraThe place is very cute and the food was amazing too! But the service was like… limited because there was only 2-3 waitress serving like 6-7 tables. Also, it isn’t really well known because it’s in the hotel indigo and ur suppose to go in it to the 3rd floor so you can eat there. It isn’t like on the ground floor or a separate store but on one level of the hotel.
September 27 · Bianca LinNew cafe the just opened on the 3rd floor of the Hotel Indigo. Best way to enter is on Prince Street even though there's signage on Main. The cafe has two main seating areas plus a bar counter for the evening use. The souffle pancakes is the draw so I didn't try anything else. Ordered one sweet and one savory. For Sweet, I chose the strawberry souffle pancakes which was drizzled with a sweet cream and has fresh cut strawberries (not many). The pancakes were a bit sweet on its own and it was very moist. Light and airy, a little jiggly. For the savory, I ordered the breakfast souffle which comes with one fried egg, some strips of turkey bacon, and a tart hollandaise sauce on top. These pancakes were mousse like texture inside so the consistency was different. My order was take out so I'm hoping dining in would've been much better.
