Beautiful McDonald’s. Hasn’t been renovated into the boring gray cement box of every other McDonald’s. There is a cool little tram that carries food from the kitchen over the dining room to the drive-thru window. Saw a lady giving her cute little chihuahua mix a McNugget. The fries were hot & fresh. This is maybe the only good McDonald’s left in NYC, possibly the country.

I've been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s for over 8 years, spending thousands of dollars and visiting regularly—especially through the drive-thru. Today, my car was towed from the lot without warning, costing me $136. The staff knows me and my vehicle. There was no courtesy, no heads-up, just a complete disregard for the loyalty I’ve shown this location. It’s shocking and disrespectful. I expected better treatment, especially from a business I’ve supported for nearly a decade. I’m deeply disappointed and hope this never happens to another regular customer.

Growing up I wasn’t allowed to eat at McDonald’s; now, as an adult, it’s quite a treat! This location sends mobile orders to a separate part of the building with a conveyor belt that’s attached to the ceiling - how neat. They don’t do free refills here but the manager noticed me asking for one and gave me one anyway. Perfect place to take a break from this heat! Thanks guys ❤️
