Had to use the restroom as the staff was cleaning. I let them know I’m suffering from lupus and my kidneys are not up to par to hold it in. A woman told me I could go in even though they were cleaning. Another gentleman who was inside the restroom stated I wasn’t allowed to enter. Restating that it was an emergency and needed this help, he brushed me off and said still not possible. This McDonald’s consideration for people with illnesses that are life threatening don’t expect to be treated with common decency here.
