Shabu House 샤부하우스 l Hotpot l Shabu l AYCE Introduce
Welcome to the heart of Northern New Jersey's vibrant dining scene, where an exceptional all-you-can-eat (AYCE) experience awaits you. Shabu House (샤부하우스), located in Fort Lee, is not just a meal; it’s an interactive and communal culinary adventure that combines the best traditions of Japanese Shabu-Shabu and Korean Hot Pot. This Asian-owned establishment has quickly become a local favorite for New Jersey residents seeking fresh, high-quality ingredients and a customizable dining experience in a comfortable, trendy environment.
Shabu-Shabu, a Japanese term meaning 'swish-swish,' perfectly describes the method of cooking thinly sliced meat and fresh vegetables in a simmering pot of flavorful broth at your own table. At Shabu House, they've elevated this concept, offering individual hot pots so every diner can choose their own preferred broth—from traditional Dashi to rich Pork Bone, or even a spicy option like Mala or Spicy Yuzu—creating a truly personalized meal. The restaurant is celebrated for its commitment to freshness, offering a spectacular, produce-aisle-like self-serve buffet of over 150 ingredients, including an impressive selection of 31 healthy vegetables and mushrooms. This focus on wellness and high-quality sourcing is a core part of the Shabu House concept, appealing to New Jersey locals who prioritize a fresh and engaging dining experience.
For those in New Jersey who love the variety and value of all-you-can-eat dining, Shabu House is a standout. Their model ensures that you can indulge in a continuous flow of high-quality ingredients, from premium sliced meats—like brisket, ribeye roll, and pork belly—to an extensive seafood selection, all included in the buffet options. The lively, modern atmosphere, which blends a nature aesthetic with contemporary design, makes it an ideal spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual lunch, a lively dinner with friends, or a memorable family gathering. The consistent positive reviews highlighting the fresh food, excellent service, and spacious, clean interior speak volumes about the quality you can expect when you visit.

August 14 · FRANK PINSETWe had a great experience at Shabu House! The service was top-notch, and there was a fantastic selection of items to choose from. The premium meat was incredibly fresh and flavorful. However, I wasn’t a fan of the sauce, as it didn’t quite suit my taste. Overall, a solid spot for fresh, high-quality shabu, but I’d love to see some more variety in the sauces.

August 28 · MirettefbenIt was my first time here and I was really impressed! The Shabu has a wide variety of fresh ingredients, everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again if I get the chance.!
September 18 · Marioh NewYorkIt took me over four hours to get from Massachusetts to New Jersey. I thought it was the best shabu restaurant ever in USA as soon as I ate it, and I hope people who read this will come here and taste it. First of all, the quality of the meat was by far the best shabu-shabu I've ever had in the U.S. and the service was really nice. As soon as I came to New Jersey, I thought of Korea a lot. I really enjoyed it. 😍
