★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’m not going to deduct major stars because of one bad experience, but I will write about it. I’ve been coming here for years and have seen staff come and go. I come in every Thursday now and get greeted by name by a really sweet staff member. I forgot her name but I didn’t see her today. I don’t know if they’re switching up the staff cuz there’s new faces lately. I ended up sending my order to another location in Brooklyn and “Lizzie” told me I had no other option but to go pick it up at that location. This has happened to me once at my local Starbucks and they helped me out by telling me to call the 1-800-STARBUCKS number to get a refund and send my order again so I’m not losing out on money. I suggest the new staff get trained to know this information. Then on top of that, my coffee wasn’t made correctly. They didn’t put any ice when I just put light ice… I don’t know if I was being played with today because I got upset at what I was told, but I will be taking a break from coming to this Starbucks. The service isn’t the same without the other woman there that greets everyone. She would’ve been WAY more help then the blonde girl in front.
April 17 · Nicole VShame on starbucks for scheduling like this. One girl on the register and one girl on drinks with a busy location . The place isnpacked full of students. My cortado came out awful and burnt and the ratio was off. I basically got a latte but its not even their fault. The barista is clearly overworked and ALONE making 8 drinks (i counted) . I didnt ask her to remake bc I felt her pain as a service worker. Do better, Starbucks. Your staff would flourish if you just treated them humanely.
