Ordered on uber eats and they dont make sandwiches with any care. Lettuce was old and they were stingy with the turkey and cheese even though i added extras to the order. No quality, no care Subway franchise is just losing its way all around.

Today June 25,2024 I walked in to purchase a wrap. It was a Hispanic and African American. That African American was so nasty. He was very rude. And he did not know what to do. He didn’t wrap my wrap right. I can’t even eat this. It’s my first and last time coming. It’s so sloppy I trashed this. Smh

Awful experience. I tried calling to order some sandwiched and no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and no one picked up. Finally I drove to get them in person and the manager refused to do my order as he was afraid it would interfere with other orders. The establishment was empty. He told me to go to another subway. I got do they offer catering options if they do not want to fulfill the order. It was a small order for a business gathering and instead we had to make other arrangements. They lost a lot of business today.

The woman handling my order was really nasty and rude .My bread is old the sandwich is dry very very dry .She was on the phone the whole entire time . First time I ever had a bad experience here

Non English speaking employees. Or at least they claim not to speak English if you are having a problem with prices or service.One of the employees wears, or wore what looked like an ridiculously oversized shower cap on his head instead of a hair net. On his beard he wore nothing. They wear rubber gloves but then they handle the money and everything else and do not take it upon themselves to put on a new pair when making your order.~Don't forget to tell them to change into new gloves.~I asked for mayonnaise on the bread only. When I left and opened my sandwich to eat; there was so much mayonnaise that I had to throw out my sandwich, I couldn't even eat it.Three regular priced foot longs are not $45 plus tax. He rang us up for 3 of the "Monster" foot longs at $15 a piece. Since he spoke no English all of a sudden, (English was fine while making the food), due to sudden lack of communication skills we had to come back in the morning to get a manager to refund us the difference owed us.And get this, after he rang us up, the cashier tried to nonchalantly toss the receipt into the garbage. When asked to retrieve the receipt and give it to us he looked as if he got caught eating the canary. We busted him trying to beat us for an extra $12.Buyer beware and consumer be cautious. Patronize at your own risk.
