From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and celebratory—complete with warm birthday wishes, a personalized card, and a beautifully decorated table.Our server, Jairo, was absolutely outstanding, as was every staff member we encountered. For starters, we enjoyed the garlic shrimp and the crab & lobster cake—both were phenomenal. For entrées, we had the filet medallions with lobster tail and the New York strip. Each was cooked to perfection, though the lobster tail was the standout favorite of the night.To make the evening even sweeter, I was treated to a birthday dessert of creamy cheesecake and a decadent flourless chocolate espresso cake—both were incredible! I even brought an extra slice of cake home to keep the celebration going.With a signature cocktail, a couple of beers, impeccable service, and flawless food, the final bill came to $268—a fantastic value for such quality. This was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll absolutely be back for my next birthday! 🎂✨

Worth every penny. Made a reservation and after a short wait got seated in a cozy side room with Richard our waiter and his assistant. Friendly staff and good crowd of customers. Top notch wine list. I was the designated driver and had ice cold Pellegrino. For dinner I had a bone-in NY strip encrusted in Kona coffee with potatoes au-gratin and sautéed steamed spinach done to perfection. We loved it so much we made reservations for Christmas!
July 15 · Rafik “RCSax0” CezannePresentation is good. Food is tasty. Pricey. Be careful with add on’s as they are marked up very high. One small scallop was charged $9 that I had ordered with my lobster entree. So, four small scallops were $36. Crazy. I had a similar experience last time.
June 07 · Dan RamasamyI’ve been to Capital Grille countless times over the years, whether it’s a random weeknight, celebrating big milestones, or hosting clients for dinner. Every visit has been great, but never to the point where I felt compelled to leave a review… until now.Last night, on a whim, we decided to get out of the house for oysters and appetizers, and maybe even a steak. The dozen oysters were outstanding, and the tuna tartare was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We then ordered the chef’s signature steak (Capital Grille’s best-selling cut, and one we’ve enjoyed many times before). Unfortunately, this time it didn’t hit the mark. Over 50% of the steak was too fatty and chewy, and the flavor just wasn’t there.Here’s where the experience became exceptional. Our server, Carl, was fantastic. Noticing we hadn’t touched most of the steak, he kindly asked what went wrong and immediately involved the manager. She was phenomenal! So gracious, attentive, and genuinely concerned. Her first words were, “I just want to make sure you had enough to eat and that you’re not leaving here hungry.” She handled the situation with such care and professionalism, never once invalidating our concerns.It was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. This level of attentiveness left such an impression that I felt I had to share.We’ll absolutely be back, as we’ve been many, many times before!

Our server was nice and attentive and gave us space and present at the same time. The food was delicious too (special mention for the truffle chips…)I wish I got a picture of the lovely cheescake I got for desert but it was too good so I eat it without taking a picture. But super happy for my time there. I will be back and defo recommend.
