September 24 · kennyalmost didn’t try this the service after reading a particularly harsh review, but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts instead. That negative review claimed that the lady in pink with blond hair “the customer service was terrible” but my experience was the complete opposite. From the start, everything was handled professionally. The service from that very said lady exceeded expectations in quality. It’s important to remember that one negative experience doesn’t define a whole company suspect that review was based on a one-off issue, because what I received was thoughtful, well-made, and clearly created with care.Don’t let a single negative comment sway your opinion—this service which I received is absolutely worth trying for yourselfThat “lady” customer service is what every business place need….
May 17 · Dimples CastellanoThis is short & sweet. The food is always super tasty and not to mention the workers level of humanity & professionalism 100%.In particular, there's a worker I couldn't help but ask her, her name. Upon every visit this lady's smile & mannerism never changed."Wendy" omg!!! Super pleasant❤️She's definitely well trained & can elevate that business.Because of that, I always purchase more than I can ever eat🤣🤣Well done gentle lady God bless your golden heart.
May 18 · Afeisha HenryNo place to sit — just a take out place but so delicious! I got the veggie roti and it was a lot of food and filling but not heavy. Want to come back to try the doubles!
September 13 · Aparna ShankarThere’s a tall man there most time he’s so unprofessional. He should stay in the back of the store . He doesn’t know how to speaks to people. Your store will lose business because of him . The African Caribbean lady and other staff are so much more professional and welcoming. . This is a business place value the customers.
July 02 · Nya*"Hear nah, I step in by dis so-call Trini roti shop thinkin’ I goh get a lil’ taste ah home. But lawd, what a disaster! De doubles skin stretch long-long, like if yuh bookin’ a flight from JFK to Piarco an’ back again. An’ thin like paper, oui! By de time I reach de lil speck ah channa, I done get vex and hungry one time. An’ doh talk ’bout de filling — barely anything inside. No cucumber, no chutney proper. De lil drop dey put, is like I had to beg by de counter, “Aye miss, please, ah beggin’, leh meh taste some chutney nah.” No shadow beni either, so wha flavor yuh really servin’? Answer: none. Pure blank vibes in a roti skin.As a Caribbean person, lemme tell yuh plain: dat is an abomination. How yuh could do dis to yuh own people? Is like allyuh forget de whole point ah doubles. I was highly disappointed, oui.De only ting save meh palate was de Solo I wash it down with. At least de Trini soda hold mih hand through de heartbreak. If I did have de power, I would shut down dat kitchen one time, because wah allyuh servin’ is not doubles, is doubles in witness protection.”*
