My experience getting these amazing cinnamon bites and slushies always hit the spot. People are super friendly. Their working area is always clean. Honestly I need to know if they have discounts but if they don't its ok to. Theirs alot more I would like to try next time I go their. Tbh the prices aren't to bad. Sometimes only speak 20-30 dollars at this spot in the mall.

Believe me I love Auntie Anne’s but the attitude yesterday was not needed. I was asking about the flavors of the pretzel and the lady said we have “sugar,salt,and almonds” I was like oh no I’m allergic to almonds are they touching the other pretzel and she just kept repeating the flavors instead of answering my question and then she caught an attitude after I said nevermind un cool bro!!!

Worst Auntie Anne's in the area. Went in with a free pretzel redemption. Order an almond pretzel and a pepperoni pretzel. Had the girl scan my redemption and had me pay for the most expensive pretzel. Then she told me I still owed $4. I'm confused since this was a free pretzel redemption but she told me that only $3 was taken from my card and that I still owed the $4. When I checked my bank account she had lied and charged me for both pretzels and took away my redemption. Then when I tried to talk to her about it she was really unprofessional. Might take this up with EEO since she straight up lied to me. Theres plenty of other Auntie Anne's in the area with better service. Dont come here and get scammed like how I did. I am a loyal customer and did not appreciate that.

Cashier let someone blatantly cut in front of me when it was my turn and served them first. Then I asked her what was the price of a product and her answer was "Hummmmm... 4 something". Terrible service! I was dying for an iced latte so I ordered one anyway, but it wasn't even good. Won't come back.
