One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had a restaurant. We first walk in and the lobby is filled with mobile order drivers waiting on their food. We order our food and wait over an HOUR for the food to finally come out. The fries and the rice were ice cold and we had to request a refund for them. I feel bad for the girl running the register having to handle all the nasty customers caused by the poor management of the restaurant. The kitchen did try and make up for the cold food by giving us a fresh set of fries. However, this will be the last time I’ll eat at this restaurant.

If you are a fan on Bon Chon chicken find another location. The chicken seems like it was reheated, it was hard and dry and inedible. They left out my coleslaw and sauce. I call and a nice man told me he would relay my concerns to his manager. That was 2 days ago, no return call. I love Bon Chon chicken, sad I will have to go to one of their other locations.

Ive been going to Bon Chon in over a decade. My spot was the one in ktown NYC and have gone to the Nutleylocation many times. That said, this location is very off and doesn't taste like how Bon Chon should be. The soy garlic sauce is very thick and salty. The classic crunch was overly salty too. In fact the best part of the meal was the side of daikon. I don't think I'll be returning and I prefer the BBQ chicken in Caldwell

This was the worst experience at a restaurant EVER! I throughly enjoyed my meal at Bonchon in Bergen County. I was so happy when I saw there was one closer to home. I walked in, placed my order and immediately was told the reason I went there (for the soy garlic sauce) I was not allowed to purchase. Apparently any other sauce you could get on the side, just not the one I wanted. She told me it was up to her discretion to sell it to me and she opted not to. 15 minutes after waiting for my order, I get told the seasoned zucchini fries I had ordered were no longer available. She questioned if I wanted my money back to which I replied of course! Why would I want to pay for something that I am not getting? Then I proceeded to say that I would be willing to not get a return of money if she was willing to then provide me with soy garlic sauce. She went into the back, came back with one side of sauce. I said that would not do. I am not paying $10 for one side of sauce. She rolled her eyes, went in the back and brought out two smaller sides of sauce. The attitude and disrespect was not needed. I just wanted a delicious meal that I was craving. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this rude establishment.I already did! Same day! I would love to chat with someone.

Walked in and ordered. I didn’t leave the location until after they closed because it took that long to get my food. It took over a half hour for my order to be completed. For a chain I’m appalled that this is the type of operation here. I’d rather drive an hour to fort Lee and get Korean fried chicken than to visit this location 15 minutes from me. Food wasn’t even hot when I got it. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing service and attention to the customer!!! Food was hot and fresh, it didn’t taste like it was sitting there for a minute and just re heated. The staff made sure to pay attention to small details like sauces, napkins and utensils!!
