This restaurant has excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was very friendly throughout the entire process. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The place was also clean and well-organized. You can tell the staff is well-trained and committed to providing a great experience. I will definitely return and recommend this location!

Decent place to sit and eat. Unfortunately, like most places, ubereats and other orders like that make the wait in line a bit more. 3 people in line, but they are busy fixing online orders. The parking lot could use a coat of paint. You can't see the lines. The drive thru can be fairly long. But the place, at least when we were here, was clean. The food was good and fresh tasting. I used the bathroom without getting the creeps. My nephew was able to get juice box with his meal.

Mrs. Maritza gave me terrible, arrogant, and overbearing service. I asked her for some sauces, and she closed the window on me. It was very disrespectful. I said I had to pay for them, considering the burgerking included the sauces. This was here in Stratford, CT, afternoon shift.

I went to this location to get my son the 'Spider - verse' meal and the service was terrible. First off, the language barrier was huge. It was tough to communicate. Second, when we received the meal, many things were missing. For example, the Burger King Spiderman hat, the soft serve ice cream advertised with the meal, and a Spiderman cup was given to us EMPTY..... sure it's not the end of the world, but when you go expecting a specific promotion, that's what you should receive.Lastly, the only thing redemptive of this visit was that the food was very good.#workoncustomerservice#wontbevisitingagain
