Great place for family time. Modern and clean place. I loved it to be there.The staff are very very very nice to us. 10/10 definitely we will come back :)

Had the WORST customer service experience from Maria today. Didn’t allow me to finish my order, didn’t take my order properly and have ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills or good manners at that. Not sure if Tiana was the manager but she had to tell Maria to do a better job and from previous experience Maria should not be working there.

My husband stopped her for 2 orders of fries. He was there 15mins while they took back to back drive through orders and also they two customers that came in after him got there for before him. When he asked the manager what the hold up was for two fries the staff ignored us. Then when he asked for a refund then the manager said he has to do it on the internet and mumbled loud enough how she doesn't get paid enough. Such rude service . I contacted corporate who is supposed to pass it along to the franchise owner. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. No wonder dairy queen does better business and has more customers.

Never again. This place has no leadership nor do the works even care one bit. So we entered and used the Kiosk to order. I said I wanted to pay for the order in cash so it directed me the counter. Nobody even looks up. After almost 10 minutes, I ask, are we going to be helped at which point we were snapped at saying , you have to order at the kiosk. I explained I did and we had a receipt that directed us to the register but nobody ever looked up to even try to help us. The response was, well how we would know to make your food if you didn’t pay? Seriously? Complete uncaring staff that could care less whether they lose customers!! Absolutely terrible. Calling Burger King Corporate as well, that is how poorly the spoke to us. Stay away!

Don’t go there BAD customer service and cold food. I ordered 2 quarter pounder meal without cheese and came with a very disgusting cheese on it. Even my kids meal wasn’t good at all.Don’t go there at all. No dine in very bad experience.
