This is a really great location at the Mall to grab something quick to eat after or before shopping. The boneless BBQ wings are great tasting with the blue cheese dip. French fries are not overly salty so that’s a plus. I had a strawberry lemonade beverage and it was so refreshing!. I would have given them 5 stars but they are Very pricey.

When me and my friends when to this location in kings plaza with little money we only bought 1 order of bacon and cheese fries. Af tree r we finished they bought out a free Order on the house. Not only was the customer survive amazing the food and vibe of the whole establishment was phenomenal

The staff of this branch & specially the branch manager is quite friendly, proactive and efficient. Gourmet cheese fries are a must try for anywhere at Charleys Philly Steaks, original lemonade is also a superior choice They prepare the food exactly what’s on the advertisement. Affordable price and satisfying experience with their service.

i feel scammed... they advertised a certain price for the combos and they charged me more because they "only had one size of the fries". why even have combos then?? what? mind you, the large fries did not seem like a large to me, it seemed like a medium at best, meanwhile the medium cheesesteak was huge. portion sizes are weird here.
