The last time ordered from This Dominoes location on Stanton Street my pizza along with desert and appetizer comes smashed. The delivery guy the last time literally smashed my delivery in my face being that he felt my 20% tip on a card was not enough for him. I always tipped cash and on the card.I did not make it a big deal, but after three times it’s unacceptable. I called the location to speak to the manager and he did not want to rectify the situation properly and sent the delivery guy entered to my building illegally without my authorization and harassing us on my ring Doorbell camera. Which I have recorded.

Well is the costumer service here, I understand it's a cultural thing but any complains they just literally block you from ordering, and is not like the company helps, by offering a free pizza. And the process to even get in touch with someone to report an issue matter makes you just quit half way thru and get that free pizza. I live in the neighborhood 10 years and they just get worst, its the closet locations 2 blocks away

I always have an exceptional experience at this Domino’s location. The service is consistently outstanding, and the pizza is always fresh, warm, and delicious. What truly sets this place apart is the manager. He goes above and beyond to make every visit special. He greets me warmly every time, remembers my usual order, and genuinely understands what great customer service is all about. It’s rare to find someone who pays such close attention to their customers, and it makes all the difference. This is by far my favorite Domino’s!

Customer service has always been horrible at this location.When you try to order on the phone because the app isn’t working, they say they can’t help at all.The last couple of delivery’s I’ve had the food came smashed and it wasn’t in good condition.They barely put hot sauce when ordering buffalo wings.
