The worst coffee experience!!!I ordered a latte with 2 syrups and it was little bored for me so I asked the guy if he can add one more syrup he suddenly pumped the syrup a lot of time it was unbeatably sweet so asked the other guy to add more milk she put more milk a lot I was kind of upset because it was not coffee at all and the attitudes of the staff !They have no idea what they are doingI really want to ask to refund because of the reasons what a wasting of money and timeIf you make coffee there you should know betterI am still upsetI am not visiting your coffee shop ever

68 year old owner is insane. Ask girl for less ice in matcha cold drink. She says owner doesn’t allow this. Unique to this store not Dunkin policy. It’s not even a hot drink! And he explains that on a $6.50 drink it means adding more milk!!!!!!!!!! And that it will be too milky. In My 50 years never been told I can’t request less ice. Anywhere. This store needs to be replaced by someone sane. Maybe he should charge us two dollars for extra milk dk it is $9 after tax. Too creamy huh. Too tasty. Retarded. And he tries to convince me a drink that has ten times the sugar we need won’t taste sweet enough.

I didn’t like her behavior, I paid tips 1 dollar ( i didn’t have more ) her face was changed this woman ( she was around 55 years) was not happy . she had not make capuchin (( ( what I ordered) she made coffee with milk for me ((. It is not nice. If are not happy to do your job please don’t do it (

UPDATE: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2023, 11:03PM: It was raining, and I had yet to have any pumpkin spice anything. This was my second visit to this Dunkin' Donuts, this month. The employees I find to be very professional and friendly, I was also surprised to see an apple fritter, so you know I had to buy one.I was unpleasantly surprised to see that neither one of the two employees did not seem to know how to make a cafe au lait. If memory serves, this hot beverage has been on their menu for about two years.
