I specifically ordered an egg and cheese sandwich through the Dunkin’ App. I’m Muslim and do not eat bacon. Unfortunately, when I bit into it, I found bacon inside. This is completely unacceptable. Dietary restrictions should be respected, and mistakes like this can be very offensive and upsetting. Horrible experience—I won’t be returning to this location

lady name ‘SABINA’ is very rude. She don’t know how to deal with customers. I order 2 coffees and one donut at 8:48 AM and just after paying I request that can i take one more donut please and she respond me very rudely. She said hey man go on side and wait for 15 minutes but i was on counter and she was giving me my money back and then they give me my food. This kind of behavior was very disappointed. I am so sad about the Dunkin’ Brand. Need to improve staff here.

It was a Rat inside the store at the counter top behind the employee area while I was eating last night. I lost my appetite and notified the employee. He saw the Rat and made a phone call . I hope they get rid of this Rat rodant situation because that's unsanitary and dangerous to the public buy food at this Dunkin Donuts.

The cashier acted as if she had other things to do (though there was no one else in the store). She was more interested in having conversations with her co-worker than completing my transaction correctly (this was the Dunkin on Jamaica Avenue and Supthin Blvd).

This place is getting worst day by day . Management don’t bother about hygiene and cleanliness. The floor is so dirty , atmosphere is filthy as well . They just sell their items somehow because customers have no choice. Nearby not many coffee shops that’s why . Stuff works there they don’t bother about cleaning or customer service. Nothing organized properly. Ask them napkins stuff got rude and angry . Management should wake up and take care of the business
