I didn’t listen to the reviews… but it’s true. Avoid this Subway at all costs. I was picking up a mobile order. I showed my order receipt and “Sheela” told me to provide my ID and the card I paid with. I didn’t have an issue showing my ID so I showed my ID and explained that I paid with Apple Pay. She told me to show her the card. I took out my card and obviously the numbers won’t match. As we all know when we pay with Apple Pay the last 4 digits change for security purposes. She got mad and didn’t want to give me my sandwich. She spoke to a guy in the back and she proceeded to hand me my food before she scolded me about having the correct card next time. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. Apart from this my sandwich was cold and didn’t have the correct toppings I ordered. Unacceptable work! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What’s going on with this Subway restaurant? Every time I come in, one of the employees has a terrible attitude, like she doesn’t even want to work here. She treats customers poorly, as if we’re asking her for a favor. I truly hope the Subway chain takes appropriate action, because it’s honestly unbearable.

At the entrance, it says the store closes at 10 pm, but the worker is closing it right after 8 pm. I don’t know if the manager is allowing this worker to close early or he’s tryna cheat the system, but if he’s allowed to, change the time officially.

I'm confused and concerned about the whole experience. I drove past the store twice looking for it as all the lights are off and the store looked completely closed. When I finally found the store I called before I went in because I assumed the door was locked as all the lights were off. Apparently the store is listed as open however when I arrived the man said my order was prepared but they were out of multiple things because the store was closed. Then with an attitude because I was annoyed at the experience, the attendance said next time I won't take the order. I would have rather they did not if they weren't prepared to take the order.However, I enjoyed the fact that he said that he would not take my order next time because of my disappointment with the service. Whether or not he remembers, I definitely will and will make sure not to use this establishment in the future. Not only was my food missing ingredients the whole situation was very suspicious and concerning due to its operation in the dark..

This Subway restaurant deserves zero stars. I ordered a protein bowl online and i scheduled it for 9:30 and i reached there at 9:28 but they cancelled my order and close the front door at that time Whereas their store closing time is 10 o'clock. Stay away from this place!
