Quick service, didn’t have any staff interaction, I did a mobile-order. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the interior and I received a lot of ice despite asking for less ice in my coffee. For food I ordered the bacon egg and white cheddar cheese on a croissant with hashbrowns- their 6 dollar meal deal. The sandwich was tasty, the croissant was buttery and flaky. The quality of bacon isn’t the best as you can see but it was tasty. Coffee tasted as if it was otherwise prepared as requested.

This Dunkin Donuts is always well stocked with 1 pound bags of coffee for take-home. Better price than the supermarkets, which are now charging almost $15 for a 12 oz bag. Store is always clean, staff is polite.

We come here every Sunday after playing hard in our basketball games and spend a lot of money graciously here but as paying customers, they will not let us use the restroom but continuously have groups and hordes of police officers that come here that use the bathroom willingly and they don’t even pay mostly at least not full price and that’s sad to treat all your paying customers this way and give them experience that nobody wants to have. I hope they will change their policies to accommodate the rest of the public who graciously comes and spends their hard earned money there because honorable people and establishments should not move like that with decent paying customers and then they announce out loud about using the restroom themselves and when told to make sure you wash your hands, they took offense to that when they’re not even wearing gloves or hairnets🙄 😑

I try to be fair and give places a chance, but when you constantly get orders wrong, it's frustrating. On their good days, it's fine. On their not so good days, it's chaotic. I get it's a high volume store, and it can get really busy. But at this point, they just have too many incompetent employees or not enough to handle the load. I held off from a review for a very long time, but I just got tired of constantly settling for their screw ups. I stopped going for a long time because end the day, that's what will hurt any business more than a review. It's a dunkin, so I can't have high expectations regardless of the fact. But it still bothers me the few times I do bother with this location. They tend to always mess up my orders. If you're getting something super basic like a donut and just regular hot coffee, you should be ok. Either than that, it's a roulette game, especially if it's busy.

Ain’t no place like flushing Dunkin’ Donuts. The evening staff lead by Brocash (maybe I have the wrong spelling) always make my day better. Doesn’t matter if you getting a straw or a $100 order they treat you and your order with love. Day shift ain’t to bad either
