The staff is so nice and the owner or manager guy is the best, I love them all and they always make my morning. Two stars because the manager here is nice but everyone else at this location basically sucks. They will disrespect a customer to their face, and then tell the customer it’s their fault. Just shocking. I know that every place I’ve ever worked, if a customer was not satisfied, and I told them directly that it was their “fault” that they didn’t know how to order or didn’t like their food/drink, that I would be fired on the spot. Manager is nice, most other employees have a very bad attitude.
