I been coming to this Dunkin for 3 weeks now and the service is not so great. One time they gave me a cup with a split in it and gaslit me into thinking it didn't when I went back to complain, just to get me to leave again, only for the split to open up bigger and spill all over me. Other times the cashier is hard of hearing, asking me what I said and asked for about 5-6 times before paying. It's take longer to order then it takes on line. Other then that the food great, the drinks are a 7/10 and usually it's always packed but fast and people are out the door.

There’s a young lady with open wounds on her forearm and what appeared to be an infection her on her hands and face that was flaking and coming off her skin. This young lady was making coffee with no protection!! 🤢 This is how people get sick!

It seems as though they are saving money by giving less product in the drinks. Everything is flavored milk. Also, the chisme can wait till the customer leaves.
