At first it was just me and after waiting 10 minutes there were already a lot of people and when I asked the Hispanic girl who works there if she could help me she told me if I wanted to wait, otherwise I could go somewhere else.😂 I'll never come back again🤧

The cashier spill the coffee all over me this morning, but they're not even asked me if I'm ok, didn't even handle the napkins for me instead busy for cleaning the table.It was very rude! So disappointed!Order Bagel w cream cheese but, came with no cream cheese

i’m pregnant, if my order (which is VERY simple) isn’t done properly after i repeated it multiple times… it ruins my day. i ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and emphasized the EXTRA. i had repeated it back to the cashier 3 times, i speak spanish so she told the other worker just the bagel toasted with cream cheese. i watched her put almost none on my bagel, so when she handed it to me i asked if it had the extra cream cheese. she said “you want extra?” i said yes please. she took it back, and took cream cheese off without me noticing. does this look like extra cream cheese to you?!? *side weren’t bit, she didn’t cut the bagel either so i ripped it in half*

Unless you want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee, you don't want to go here. If they move any slower they would be walking backwards. 2 people workin at 12:00 on a Saturday is ridiculous
