We visited this IHOP and ordered our usual favorites—burgers, the New York cheesecake pancakes, and the endless coffee. Everything was excellent as always. But this time we tried the sirloin steak, and wow—it completely exceeded our expectations! For a place that’s not even a steakhouse, it turned out to be one of the most delicious steaks I’ve had. On top of that, we were grateful for the promotion that kids ate free that day. We left happy and can’t wait to come back soon.

We visited this place twice. First time was ok, but the second time it took too long for the waitress to bring the food. We saw the food was ready on the counter, but there was someone picking up the online order and obviously the food was not ready to go. So the cook and the waitress were paying attention only to this. I guess we waited for the food close to a half hour or so. The food finally served and it was cold. We were not very happy about this. Plus there were children close to our table screaming so we had to move to the table far from them.

I have been going to that location for years. But I may not go back. Sunday I wanted T-Bone Steak they were out my son wanted Oreo or chocolate chip pancakes out of the chips. The Lemonade was sent back. My pancakes were cold ate them because I was hungry. Ordered fried eggs did not get those. The experience was Horrible and my children did not want me to make a scene. So I am voicing it instead. I will go to the another location. Was Very Annoyed !!!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5I had a great experience at IHOP. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, which made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was delicious and surprisingly affordable. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and satisfying. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for comfort food without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

I went to this IHOP after a wrestling show at Knights Of Columbus on Windsor Road back on 6/22/2025. It was not busy. My waitress was nice. Food was good. The only complaint I have is that there was no air conditioning. Just ceiling fans.
