My go to for a quick bite in the morning when I’m on that side of town. It can be busy in the morning at times but I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. My only complaint would be that sometimes they over heat the hot food items. This morning my bagel was a little overdone. In all fairness, this seems to be the case with most Dunkin locations so it’s not really a deal breaker for me.

It's what you'd expect from Dunkin food/drink wise. They also sell Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is nice.They have a 7 car parking lot behind the restaurant which is convenient.

Came in at 6:33 to order a simple $5 meal deal and a blueberry breeze; did not get my food till after 30mins waiting for 2 wake-up wraps. Almost 5 people came and left while no one was starting on food, all they did was chat for 10 minute and disappeared for 20minute till I asked about my food. This service is unacceptable.

This Dunkin on Union Turnpike at 170St has the plum location for this franchise, being just walking distance from St Johns University. It is a high volume store, almost always busy. Yet it almost always does a very good job. The service is quite good, the food your typical DD fare. One thing though, keep your order as simple and minimalist as possible, especially when a line is present. That keeps the line moving in an expeditious manner.Also in this location you can find a most satisfactory Baskin Robbins with equally good ice cream.

This location makes the best mocha cappuccino blast. I've been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts and I can honestly say they make it the best. I live a bit far but it's worth the trip. Staff is friendly and eager to service with a smile.
