I’ve been here 3x and everytime I order a Carmel signature latte they keep giving me iced coffee and I want HoT 🤭. Other than that this place is great!!!!!

They never brought out my curbside order. I was with two small toddlers who were napping and couldn’t leave them. Pretty disappointed. Waited almost 20 minutes too.

I really like this location, you can see they are connected to their community, the customer service is friendly and personal, I travel a lot and this is one of the nicest Dunkin’ doughnuts I visit

I made an order in store with an international card and the money was taken and the person on the counter refused to give me my order although the money was deducted from my card. They asked me to swipe the card 4 times. Worst experience ever. I called Dublin donuts hot line and they said they can’t do anything about it. Don’t go there if you don’t want tour money to be tamed away without getting your coffee and donuts

They get a two star for still having tables in front of the register. No other Dunkin Donut still practices this nonsense. Covid precautions is over. If this store still wants to practice it, then they should install a glass shield. Saw a poor old man struggling to lean forward to grab his coffee from the cashier.Nonsense. This store owner needs to wake up. Not coming back to this store.
