★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This coffee shop has the best key lime pie I’ve ever tasted. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone!!
May 18 · Brittany RoblesSuper cute snd cozy, absolutely loved the decore. Coffee and pastries were delicious. Great service.
August 19 · Yasmine DiazI have been to many coffee shops and would love to be a regular customer since this coffee shop is in my neighborhood but it was very disappointing.I ordered an iced matcha latte. There isn’t any pricing on the menu. I was charged $8.xx very expensive. I was hoping that it would taste good at least but the matcha latte was bland and sugary, no matcha taste and I had it in two three sips bc it was mostly ice.I came on a Wednesday when there was no one in the coffee shop (there was a sign that says no laptop on weekends). I asked the staff for WiFi, he said he would get to me. After I got the drink, and I waited a little and followed up. He said give him some time, he needed to turn on the WiFi. 30 mins later, he was still chatting with customers. I understand if you don’t want to share the WiFi, but at least tell me. I started using my hotspot instead. Then 40 mins later I asked him again, he said the WiFi isn’t working. Then 5 mins later, he offered to try the password for the WiFi. I put in the password, my laptop connected to the WiFi but there is no internet. I let him know that the WiFi wasn’t working. He just smiled and said sorry, with no plan on fixing the WiFi. That’s when I knew it was all just a gesture.I wish the staff or owner would be honest about not wanting their customers using their WiFi in the coffee shop, rather than keeping my hopes up, wasting time trying to connect and waiting for a long time to only find out that the shop had no intention of providing WiFi to customers. The shop is nicely decorated unfortunately it doesn’t have the services or the honest business model that I’m looking for. I’m a busy working mom trying to get a few tasks done while enjoying some coffee or drinks. I could do neither at this coffee shop.
April 02 · Kat lamI wanted to support this cafe, because it is in my neighborhood; the people working there were friendly. With that being said, I ordered a red velvet cake and the lady did not use gloves to put the cake into the container. Then when I got home and wanted to enjoy the cake, I saw that the cake was about 55/45 frosting to cake ratio. On the outside of the cake, there were little red cake crumbles that prevent you from seeing the real amount of frosting. You are deceived into thinking there is cake where there is just frosting. I never had a cake with more frosting than actual cake. The cake looked appealing and was very ornate with an edible rose on top, but there was literally no cake to enjoy for $8.00. You are basically eating frosting. Buy at your own risk. I will not be back here again. Sheza Coffee House, you must do better.
June 21 · Ka AmSo this cafe is super beautiful inside and out! The barista made me the best coffee I’ve had in my life. I asked her to surprise me and that she did! Proud of this owner!
