All Dunkin's are not the same. Some are cleaner than others, some have friendlier service. Some make better coffee. This one wasn't too bad. It was busy but the service was very quick. My coffee was pretty good...and yes you can mess up a coffee order but I was pleased with my order.

There was a hair on top of the croissant very disappointing this is the first time this has happened to me. I didn’t complain or ask for a refund I don’t like to start things. I simply threw it out. It was the $6 meal and they charged me extra cause I wanted sausage instead of bacon however at a different location they never charged me extra? I payed $8 for the meal the iced coffee didn’t taste good at all, the only thing that was decent was the hash browns.

When I pay for a 6 dollar drink with oat milk, I’d expect my drink to be filled to the top. I didn’t even take a sip of my drink and was in a rush when I realized my drink wasn’t even filled to the top. Service was subpar. I used to go here sometimes and the service was better. I don’t know if the lady was new or not but when someone buys a drink, I’d assume you would fill it to the top.

Dunkin Donuts mix in with Basking Robbins, nice spacious you can get Ice Cream and Donuts with coffee recently opened a few months ago great location near the subway station.Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins Great mixed, a Cops favorite place,conveniently located on 59Th St and woodside ave, you can take the Iron Horse 7 train to 61St woodside Station.The coffee is good a Lil, water down but it appears all dunking donuts are like that, the donuts and muffins are good they have a selection, also Ice cream is available many flavor, the ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable, Get your morning coffee and ice cream all in one not bad.

I go to this location for it's convenience but the service when the store manager is absent is very noticeable. Staff is very unprofessional and slow. I placed an online order, and my drink order was never completed. When ordering in the store, they constantly give me the wrong size and incorrect flavor. I ordered a latte, and they gave it to me without the espresso. Its just frustrating.
