I don’t know what all these other complaints are about the staff. I love the women of the Dunkin Donuts on Steinway. Always friendly and attentive with me. The only “mistakes” they’ve made on my orders is giving me extra food. Download the app and I can ensure you you’ll never wait more than a minute for your order.

These women working here never shut up their mouth . When I come every morning there I need the coffee to be relaxing place for me, these women yell shout and scream at each other . Very uneducated. Change staff or teach your team how to behave.

Three times lately I have stopped in, and each time ignored. I don’t understand it; just employees walking around wiping counters but no one can take an order… I wait patiently… 10 mins and I have had to leave everytime. This time was my last; it’s not worth a cent of your money; go anywhere else.
