Food is a good healthy option. But their menu set up is extremely lacking. They have 3 screens showing menu items. But it does not show many of the menu items. AND they do not even have a full paper menu to look at. So basically you have to go their website before you get there and figure out what you want ahead of time, which is ridiculous.Oh, and the AC is not working, so it is about 95 degrees inside, had to switch out order to to-go because it was extremely uncomfortable. I can not even imagine how the workers are dealing with that for an entire shift. 1 can on the kitchen, no fan in the dining area for customers.An AC unit can be replaced relatively easily and quickly. Poor care for employees and customers alike. Not sure if I will be coming back to this location, which is sad because it used to be the best out of all of them.

I love this location! This location has very friendly staff, clean, and most of all, DELICIOUS food and smoothies! I have ordered from Garden City location a couple of times and weirdly my stomach felt weird after drinking their smoothies. I gave this location a try since I live by it, and I have had NO ISSUES with their food or smoothies! Needless to say, I’m there at least 2 times a week!! Definitely a good place to have lunch, or a healthy dinner option. Pictured is the Beach Club Wrap with their Peach Smoothie with protein added!

Overall I love the place. However their hours are confusing. On Google, it says they are open Sunday’s, however whenever you try to order online or call, nobody picks up & they say on their site “We are not taking online orders at this time”. When I went to the place they are closed. Not sure if they are closed on Sunday’s now? If so, bad business practice bc that is when many people order out

My sister is a special-needs dentist that asked me to watch her kids and she would order food and this is what came. When she called the girl on the phone was so rude saying well I didn’t box it so how would I know. That’s not how you handle something like this you say I’m really sorry and we will send you another one. She was running out the door to see patients so now I’m making the kids other food after they cried for 15 minutes because they wanted pizza. How do you send out a brownie that has rancid nuts on it that clearly smelled through the wrapper? They look terrible for this franchise. And their reviews on every page recollect that my sister is just kind and likes to support small business. And she likes to eat healthier,But clearly there’s nothing healthy about this establishment and Need need to revamp their staff. If your chef is sending out pizza like this he obviously wants you to fail.

Wanted to create my own bowl, ordered chicken, sweet potato, brown rice, onions and peppers. Very simple. First they let me know the cook mistakenly added sweet potato fries. I was gracious enough to accept it anyway. Then I realized they didn’t add the onions and peppers either. I asked if they could just make it over and was told that the “boss” said no. The food was ok, but great customer service is how you keep customers coming back.
