★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am extremely disappointed because I ordered from here about a week ago and other than flavorless juice the food was great. Not this time. My order came missing pieces and small and seemed as if they were out in the open air to rot all day. Not even standard size pieces(usually oversized but not even standard), tostones were hard and fries were hard and also stale. Couldn’t even consume. I ordered through door dash and tried to call the place from the listed number and it sounds like a busy line so I called the google number only to never get the call answered. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. Never buying from here again. I was so in love with this place before but it looks like they just gave me stuff from a throw away bin.
September 18 · Awilma AcostaI like this location as I live 20 minutes away. The girls that work there are always helpful and friendly. The food there is always good and taste fresh. The only complain I have is that if it's 80 degrees outside, inside the store it feels like over 100 degrees. The owner of this location needs to stop putting all investments into his pockets and invest in a workable HVAC system. There is no AC whatsoever. This condition is unacceptable especially for the workers. As a customer I rather visit another location that not only cares about the level of comfort for its customer but more important for its employees. Do better sir, from C. Jeffry
September 27 · Toshi's Content UniverseI always buy food since I work as a delivery person and my too go food it’s always Equis pica pollo. It was really my second time purchasing food at this location, I usually buy in Morris and I love it because everything is fresh Maybe it’s because it is a more busy store. My second time shopping at this location and they have a young girl with terrible customer service if you don't know how to treat a customer or shes acting and speaking like shes been forced to work. Worker showed nasty actitud for asking her for fresh chicken and fresh tostones since the chicken she had was noticeable that it had a time out there and it was not fresh basically having a bad tone for point out that the chicken and tostones weren’t fresh as I asked nicely. However, she proceeded to asked for fresh chicken that I had to wait for 10 minutes and still insisted that the tostones was Fresh…. My darling if I am pregnant, craving this food, speaking to you nicely and I am waiting 10 mins for fresh chicken and still have to get tostones that have been there standing for while. NEVER AGAIN.
