### What is worth choosing
While the entire menu at Fuskahouse_NYC is a delight, there are a few items that are particularly worth choosing for a truly memorable experience. The most popular choice, and for good reason, is the **Fuska** itself. Whether you opt for the classic version or the **Doi Fuska** (with creamy yogurt sauce), this is the quintessential Bengali street food experience. The crunchy texture of the shells combined with the flavorful filling and spicy tamarind water creates an addicting taste sensation that is both sweet and sour, spicy and savory. It's an essential part of any visit and a testament to the restaurant's authentic flavors.
Beyond the Fuska, the main courses and curries are also highly recommended. The **Beef Bhuna**, a slow-cooked spicy curry, is a rich and deeply satisfying dish that pairs perfectly with the side of Paratha bread. For a more unique experience, the **Goat Shank Roast** is a bold and flavorful choice from the specialty meals. The meat is tender and cooked with secret spices, offering a robust and comforting flavor profile. The Biryani selections, such as the **Mutton Tehari**, also provide a classic and aromatic meal that is a staple of Bangladeshi cuisine. For dessert, the **Faluda** is a delightful choice, a refreshing mix of rose syrup, vermicelli, and ice cream that provides a perfect balance to the rich and spicy food.
What truly sets Fuskahouse_NYC apart and makes it worth choosing is not just the food, but the heart behind it. As a customer review notes, this is a place that "has heart, and you can taste it." The owners and staff care deeply about what they are serving, and they want you to have a good time. This level of passion and care for the food and the customer experience is what transforms a simple meal into something special. Even with a crowd, their kindness and professionalism shine through, making it a place you'll want to return to and share with others. It's a taste of Bangladesh with a big dose of genuine New York hospitality.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food is good and authentic, there are a long line and people standing around the corner for the food soGoodThe food is good, price is the same as every cart around this corner. They are super kind, welcoming and fast. They are supportive and not try to scream on your face or be pushy- really professionalI love the description of the food- its easy for someone like me who is not used to bangladeshi street foodThe yogurt white sauce is surely creamy, rich and make the spice more tolerable for meBadSometime there are just so much customers and its hard to ask for staff attentionAlthough I saw a lot of people tried the chai tea, I think its not worth it (1$ for the cup). Its just… odd. The tea is strong but I don’t feel the spices at all- probably they just made it from powder drink where you can find in any nearby market.I will go back for the food. But probably will try other carts too and see if which one is the best!
April 06 · Tr ThuyI’ve been to plenty of “authentic” places where the attitude seems to be “take it or leave it.” Not here. They actually want you to understand what you’re eating, want you to have a good time, want you to come back and bring your friends. That’s the difference between someone just running a restaurant and someone who actually cares about what they’re putting into the world. This place has heart, and you can taste it.
September 14 · Sayem IslamI love Fuska house and the quality of their food! They have a great menu and every item is made with care. I’ve been their loyal customer for years and their food quality has never changed. Whenever I get chotpoti, bhel puri or fuska from them, I’m always adding extra cucumber. They know😂
August 04 · Mohine MolenaThere are many food trucks selling the famous Bangladeshi Fuska in this area and we picked the original fuskahouse_NYC. We tried the dahi Fuska and it was really tasty. Service is quick and the price is very reasonable for the portion size that they give.
June 14 · Neha VlIf you’re from Bangladesh or grew up with street food memories, Fuska House will feel like home! I tried their bel puri after nearly a decade, and the flavor instantly brought me back to my childhood. The tangy tamarind (tok), the spicy masala, the salty peas, and the perfectly crunchy puri—everything hit just right!Their choto fuchka was also spot on. Topped with egg, just like you’d find from a street vendor back home—crispy outside, flavorful inside, and the tamarind sauce added that perfect sweet-sour punch. This place doesn’t just serve food—it serves nostalgia. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Bangladeshi fuchka and bel puri. Will definitely be back!
