So I ordered sweet n sour shrimp for delivery. I get the food the shrimp is fried all hard so I called to tell him n they sent another order I get that order and the shrimp looks spoiled n the batter is black so I personally took this crap back and ask then wtf is this what are you serving n I told them to give me back my money. If you order from them eat at your own risk.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just tried to place an order for delivery and was told they don't deliver because I was 1.1 miles away from their location according to their GPS and they do not deliver to addresses past 1 mile. I checked the distance from my location to their store and it was .8 miles away, which is less than 1 mile. I explained to the woman that it is within the mile zone and her solution that I can pick up the order. If I wanted to place an order for pick up then I would have requested that. They won't have to worry about anyone from my house placing any orders there. They need better customer service.

I would not trust this company as they let someone use my credit card to purchase food without verifying there identity. I live in California and they are in NY which is on the other side of the US. To be a company that hungry for money and let someone use a card that they do not have possession of lets me know that it is either someone that works there that is stealing credit cards or they let someone enter my information without verifying. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Good food and nice people. However one time I order takeout and as I was eating I found a strand of hair in my food.. I would’ve called to complain about it but I had already started eating the food Prior to seeing it. I just threw the food away. Staff should consider wearing hairnets.

Food is always super good. The garlic oil is a bit salty but nonetheless, it’s super yummy. This is my favourite Chinese place to the point where they remember my address when I call to deliver and the delivery guy is always so kind lol. Food is usually quickly brought to my house (under 30 minutes. sometimes it’s only been like 15 minutes and they’re already there!!).
