★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Earlier today I went to get a Strawberry Milk tea from this store which I’ve only been to a handful of times. I was excited to get boba but was dejected by the service. The server was quite rude and obviously displayed that he did not want to be there which kind of ruined my mood. I seriously have no idea what is up with some places just having terrible customer service. Please emphasize hospitality, overworking staff does not help that at all🙏. Not only that but l ordered a large boba which was more expensive than the medium, only to realize that it is the exact same size as the medium apparently(in my side by side picture)?! I won't be going back despite the convenience of coming to this area quite often, the boba is very mid and I have definitely had better without a doubt. Boba fish and Gong Cha are much better options, don’t waste your time here.
April 24 · Caitlyn WThis is by far the worst location of Kung Fu Tea, as the workers are rude, specifically the male workers and the bubble tea there is mid. My medium drink cost the same as my friends' large for some reason, around $7.80. I thought i gave them $8 but i realized i gave them 9 dollars when the worker paused for a second, and looked at me, then put my 9 dollars in the register and gave me regular change for the "8" i gave him. I noticed he never paused after taking anybody else's payment either. I also went back to confirm i gave him 9 on accident by checking my wallet before i asked him if i gave him 9 dollars instead of 8. He looked at me weird and said no. These workers are rude liars. Don't waste your time at such a terrible establishment.
September 07 · HelloThe male workers are always rude and they always give me attitude when I order something or make my drink. I ordered a chocolate matcha slush yesterday and one guy took my order and asked the other worker something in Chinese and he rolled his eyes as if I was being disrespectful to him, the female worker is always sweet.
August 04 · Anna SobolAs many times as I reiterated that, I needed oat milk and that I don't drink regular milk, i even went as so far as to order the brown sugar oat milk bubble tea.... so i'm so confused and highly upset that I was given real milk in my drink for pretty much $8. I couldn't even go back to get a refund because I was in such a rush that day and I drank half of it!! So upsetting... this place is the worst. I feel like I gave a tip to the cashier for literally no reason.. how do you get a simple dietary restriction wrong. It's a drink shop, it's either milk or milk, substitute. Come on!!!
June 12 · Elicienne CortezI had a really disappointing experience at the Kung Fu Tea located at 70-10 Austin St Suite 3, Forest Hills, NY 11375. The guy working there was extremely rude and spoke to me with no respect at all. I ordered a drink with extra boba, and not only did he mess up the whole order — he didn’t even include any boba. It felt like he didn’t care about customer service or getting the order right. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
