★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Hidden gem! I’m a ups driver and I’m around the whole New York and this is one of the best Caribbean/spanish places I’ve ate at, food was affordable for the large quantity you get and they give you a full meal. Staff were attentive and friendly, recommend it to everyone.
July 30 · Erick BadiaDid too good to go. It was delicious and plenty of food. Really nice sauces and delicious beans. It was a great extremely cheap meal. I’ll be back to order off their regular menu including empanadas which I’m sure are fantastic.
June 10 · Harry DeutschThis place is a staple for where it's at iykyk. You get better food for HALF of what you're paying anywhere else. There's a reason this is the only place I see people go for lunch. You can order something fresh, or you can grab a patalio rq, either way its banging. 100% a takeout kind of place it'll get crowded fast which is the ONLY time I'VE seen any workers get even slightly upset in any sort of way, very kind, down to earth, and straight to the point people. Idc what anyb else says this is mad ppls go to for a reason. Absolutely love this place I got no clue what I'd eat for lunch every day if they weren't here.
July 29 · Avery3018I was looking for an affordable lunch around Central Park West when this place popped up on Google maps as one of the best rated around. It’s awesome food, it’s a ridiculous amount of food that will be plenty for 2 people and just think about paying 11.45 for all this🤯. I hope this place make it right and keep like this, I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point you will see a line at the front door. Go for the beef stew, it’s homey and the best comfort food I have found since I arrived to USA.
January 10 · Eduardo BatistaYesterday, I was in the area and noticed my PR flag on the storefront. When I read they sell hot food, I told myself I hope they have pastelitos. When I walked and saw the pastelitos, I asked the guy what kind they were, and he nicely said they had beef and chicken. I chose the beef. When I tried the pastelito, it was very filling, and the meat was flavorful. I haven't had a good pastelito since I last was in PR. I can't wait to go back to try their other food options. 😋
