★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1ordered for the first time here, ordered a pickup order. ordered the machu pichu combo, the combo was supposed to come with a side salad and it was not delivered as advertised, the food was great but hopefully this won’t happen again. Also got maduros and the chaufa mixed rice.
May 14 · Nelly EvansI go out to eat A LOT and this is my 100% all time favorite restaurant!!! We live almost an hour away and I make my husband drive me here almost every week.. the only restaurant where EVERYTHING is good.. food.. drinks.. service. The 2 male servers who work every monday are on top of things, always taking away empty plates and checking on us . I haven’t been able to get to dessert because I fill up too soon on appetizers and dinner haha. If you request an espresso martini they make an amazing one ! The last thing I expected to be 10/10 at a Peruvian restaurant. We’ve tried so many different menu items and not 1 thing has disappointed. My husband always has atleast one thing bad to say about a restaurant but he loves this place as well
May 28 · Veronica gWas in the area and looking for a late lunch earlier dinner spot when we stumbled upon Machu Picchu. The food was tasty and filling although the rice was a bit salty. Our waiter was phenomenal. No complaints. Will return if I’m ever in the area.
October 07 · Esther PThe foodie in me told me (lol) lets go out for some Peruvian food. I'm glad I decided to give this place a try. I called ahead and was told no reservations were needed, upon arrival it took around 7 to 10 minutes to get a table. Service was excellent, very knowledgeable (I asked a few questions about the meal), fast and friendly. Food was good. Appetizers were on point, I would highly recommend the Pisco sour, fried calamari, I would also recommend the red snapper deep fried, the Lomo with potatoes and tomatoes, green rice and la parrillada, you cannot go wrong with the steaks. I would not recommend the Chaufa rice, not sure if the way they serve this rice its cold but mine was, also the rice was not like fluffy, was a bit dry and that is the reason I give only four stars. I will keep looking for the best food in the Hudson Valley so wait for my next review.
February 15 · lili GuilamoI’ve been coming to Machu Picchu since I was a kid. I’ve always enjoyed the rotisserie chicken with fries, arroz chaufa and the salsa blanco!!! So bomb. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you want to support a local family owned business look no further.
