★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food leaves a lot to be desired. Tabouleh salad is meant to have a great lemon flavor which mine did not. The manoush are baked on fresh bread, and all the bread are delicious. The zaatar (thyme/sesame)& laham biajeen (meat) and Muhamara didn't taste great. Muhamara especially should have a slight crunch to it since it has walnuts in it. This was so puréed that it was almost like eating red pepper paste on bread, which isn't very desirable as it was mushy. The manoush gibneh (cheese) was the best one. My friend also ordered the hummus fatteh which I tried. It was very light and soupy rather than a thicker dip as it should be. Flavor was also light as a result. To be honest, growing up in a Lebanese household and visiting Lebanon & Beirut in the past, these flavors are not representative of Lebanese fare. This feels more Jordanian or mixed and isn't as pleasing with the flavors. Definitely consider another place for authentic Lebanese flavors. This ain't it.
May 12 · Nishan LahoodWe had delicious manousheh here. Everything we had was fantastic, but I most enjoyed the jibneh. There’s plenty of seating and people are friendly. The prices are also great - less than $70 for a filling meal for four. All the meat is halal but the sujuk one is cooked in red wine (indicated on the menu).
June 10 · Osama MalikWe were looking for a place to stop by for a quick lunch in Lower East Side and stumbled upon this gem! I got the chicken wrap + beef/lamb both of which were quite good! The meat was flavorful and tender. The portions were also quite generous. I would definitely come back to try more of their selection!
March 18 · Zachary ZhuHad the sujuk and chicken msakhan manoushe and it was so delicious. The staff here are so friendly. The shop also has a selection of items you can buy for the pantry.
May 16 · Mohamed IrbaI liked what I ordered. They're selectively nice and they'll deliver. They always do. The kitchen produces what I consider exceptional cuisine. You save money but still get excellent meals. I'm already thinking about returning to this restaurant.
