The quality has gone downhill over the years. Food here is never consistent and is often very underwhelming. Fries are either soggy or dry, and taste like cardboard. Nuggets taste like plastic and need sauce. You can tell they aren’t using 100% real chicken. The new Mc crispy chicken strips are way too overpriced—they aren’t crispy at all and they arrived in a bunch of different and odd shapes/sizes further speaking to a quality control issue. Everything seems so rushed. This used to be a nice once in a blue moon treat, now it’s something to avoid entirely at all cost. Look for better quality and healthier food elsewhere. The best thing at this McDonald’s is their smoothies.

Spent $41 dollars on food via drive thru. They gave me the wrong order when I went back and asked to thr manager the young lady said no need she would take care of it. 1st of all she tried to hand the food with no bag! So I asked her to put the food in a bag. I got home 2 blocks away and they gave me the saltiest fries ever!!! The chicken strips were burnt and my daughters and I agreed the food was disgusting so I threw $41 out and we ate sandwiches after long day at the amusement park in LI. I lived in the neighborhood for 30+ plus when that McDonald's was the only fast food option and every year the service gets worse. 7 times out of 10 they get my order wrong! I rarely go there anymore and will not go to that location at all the last time we were in the drive thru a fight broke out!

Rude manager Maria! I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and only one chicken nuggets sauce came with it. I requested the sweet and sour sauce for my daughter since I only had the bbq for my son. The manager Maria looked at me and said it will cost me an additional 25cents. I explained that I have two orders , where only one came with the sauce. Maria walked out on me leaving me standing for about 4 minutes! I had to flag down another associate who literally bent under the register to give me the sauce! How disrespectful and rude of the manager Maria! As a leader, I wonder what she is showing the associates about how crucial customer service is! They need to do better !
