I ordered just 5 dollar mc chicken meal at 8:19 pm and they could not gave me till 8:35 very bad service, no one was even carrying, every 5 minutes you have to find a person and ask about your order. They are just focusing on drive thru customers. Very slow service. And ignoring customers

I asked my girlfriend what she wanted, she took not even 5 seconds to decide but it was to late, she told us to go to the next window, i wait there because we weren’t finished and she comes back on the microphone VERY rudely asking if i finally have my entire order ready. I will be contacting corporate about this rude behavior. I understand it’s busy but i would NEVER rush a customer for taking SECONDS to decide on a meal. 😐 AND from the looks of it, she has been a problem to other people.

Great service, best McDonald’s ever. Better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been too. They pay attention and they listen and cares to the customers orders.

The African American lady who works here on Sundays at night has a bad attitude problem. I thanked her for giving me my order. I asked for barbecue sauce. She gave me two packets of sauce and then one fell out of my hand, right after which she closed the drive through window in my face and walked away. She has given attitude to me before, made passive aggressive comments after mistaking my order with someone else's, and I brushed it off as her having a bad day. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while.

Put in a curbside breakfast order waited in my spot for about 10 minutes, two cars in drive thru and nobody inside,I guess schools are closed for the week, go inside empty, some guy name Jonathan has my order in hand and busy talking away with another male. Hands my order to me and something tells me look inside, I look inside my two sandwiches were missing, tell him my order wasn’t complete and he even forgot my pancake syrup, he apologizes and offers me an extra syrup, I am not looking for handouts ,all I am looking for is to get what I paid for, not an extra syrup you forgot to put in the bag, If you going to offer something for customer inconvenience it shouldn’t be an extra syrup or ketchup,food is great here, but check your takeouts because you might be disappointed when you get home and food is missing,

VERY SLOW SERVICE. THE WORKERS IGNORE THE CUSTOMERS AND THE FOOD BE COLD AND IF YOU ORDER TAKE OUT THE SERVICE BE VERY SLOW AS WELL . WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD WHEN YOUR FOOD IS NOT EVEN READY OR SOMEONE STOLE IT
