Complaint about these McDonald's at Market St, Downtown Paterson N.J.It seen that the restrooms it is never available to the customers to use after certain time at night, sometimes 21/2 hours prior to be closed to the public. These scenario happens very frequent. I understand that if you have a business which serve food to the public you are obligated to provide restrooms service to everyone who is consuming and spending money at your business. Another thing is that some of your supervisor do what they like to because like I was told by the one supervising tonight at about 8:35 p.m. she said that she will not let me use the restroom because she said so. Also they place a sign on the door with the "Out of Order" 2 to 3 hours before the 11:00 p.m. closing time.

I don't eat here often but I do come everyday to enjoy my morning coffee, which is always good. When I have ordered food , it's always good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The recent decision to cover the power outlets has worked well to keep non paying people out. The decision has really changed the whole dynamic of the restaurant for the better. Just a few months ago the place was filled up with people just taking up space to charge their phones, whilst making it difficult to enjoy your coffee and/or food. Many of those people had a very unappetizing smell unfortunately. Nobody should feel like they should eat their food elsewhere because of non paying people are either taking up all the tables, being loud and disrespectful, or because of the fact it just plain stinks.

I don't eat from here except for very rare occasions so I can't rate the food but, I can certainly rate the service. I go almost every day and grab a large iced coffee for $.99 on the app. The staff has come to know me and are extremely friendly. I drink mine black with no sugar and they always ask if I'm sure. 😁 always service with a smile. I know my order is not big or special but for me the friendly staff and the cleanliness are worth a high rating.

I order iced coffee when I go ,sometimes food. The coffee is fresh and food is fresh. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well maintained. The outside has a lot of beggers. It's a bus stop, Uber stop and hangout. The inside the employees try to keep it safe.
