I get to the speaker, only for them to say that they're not taking mobile orders and doing "cash only". 😐 after making everyone else in line wait all that time as well and not getting food, that's messed up.

It's a usual McDonald's. Great pit stop. Great service. Usual excellent food. They met my customization needs purrfectly (no bun, coffee customization) and speedily.There was practically no queue as the service was super fast. I met one of their staff in the parking and he was super kind. If anything, he was grateful for every visitor so that he could work there. That was a touching moment to see such dedication and customer friendliness among staff.

The smoothie machine was broken. This is UNACCEPTABLE. The picture is an ordinary orange juice, NOT A SMOOTHIE.

States 24 hrs online but arrived after a long flight for it to be very much closed for walk in. Went to the drive through as there was a line of cars, tried to order at the intercom after the person said “How can I help you?” only for them to then say, the drive through is closed too (why answer the intercom then?)
