I only get Large vanilla iced coffee and I use the app so it's never more than2.50$. this place was the typical McDonald's experience. Nothing crazy or strange, the food seems really overpriced though.

Order on the mcdonald's app and pick it up. It goes quicker. Make sure to check your food before leaving the store bc sometimes things do be missing because this is a busy store. Overall, the new people they hire recently are nice and move quickly.

This place is always a pigsty and staff clearly doesn’t care about basic task of keeping the place presentable. I shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for something as simple as a clean table or fresh utensils. I would stop here to grab a cup of coffee before getting on my way home from school 3-4 times a week to keep myself awake before getting on A train late at night. the workers never let people sit at tables after hours and restroom always out of service. When I asked staff, they outright lied to me about it. treatment of customers here is appalling. Staff members are rude and unhelpful, and it's clear they have little regard for making sure customers feel welcome. As a paying customer, I should not have to endure such blatant neglect & poor service. It speaks volumes about how much the management prioritizes basic hygiene or customer comfort

Food - The fries were ok, kind of bland without ketchup... but crunchy at least. The burger was mid. No cheese (why do I have to ask, who tf eats a burger without cheese, it should be added by default...) and they only gave me any toppings like ketchup/pickles on half of it so the other half was tasteless without any ketchup or cheese. The nuggets were great, though. 3 sauces is NOT enough for 20 nuggets but oh well... it doesn't desperately need sauce. As for the drink... I ordered a happy meal and they say you need to pick a drink but every option I saw for the drink costs money? Like I get that certain drinks are free in meal deals and others may cost a bit extra but I could not find a SINGLE one for free, so the cost they display is hella misleading because it actually costs more no matter what? Also even though it was the Minecraft Meal and I saw others had a Minecraft themed cup they gave me a normal one :( Alsooo, they don't have shakes at this location which made me sad because that's the only drink I like at this ding dang place. 0/10Service - The food came out extremely fast, which is a pleasant surprise for Mcdonald's. However, they called my name so quickly I didn't have time to get to the counter (long line, very crowded, not my fault..) before they moved on to another order. I tried to get their attention and tell them I was there but then had to wait before the man called out my number again very rudely. They also did not give me napkins (I shouldn't have to ask it's like not giving a straw lmao) and didn't give me ketchup for the fries :(Atmosphere - There is only one order kiosk and it's a relatively small place. A lot of people loiter so you might have to share a table with some weirdo, or snag one if you get lucky. It's kind of dirty too and they had some stupid easter decorations blocking half of the space near the counter, like who asked for that? Also there was a homeless man outside holding the door and harassng people for change and the staff did nothing about it. Way to lose business lol.
