It's a McDonald's that's perfectly fine if you want to wait 25 minutes for a Happy Meal where they forget to give you your drink and apple slices. I sound petulant because I didn't get the bee toy but this is independent from having to wait eons to get your food!

You can go at any time of the day and will most likely be waiting a while for anything, even sugar free iced coffee. Unless you go around opening time there’ll be less waiting time since theres not as many customers. I use the app to order ahead of time and will still have to wait regardless, complete opposite of “fast food”.Tried using table service via mobile app only because I’ve seen them serve customers during the afternoon but when I tried using it in the evening, they never brought it to my table and on top of that waited 20 mins for my order to be ready and then heard them call my table # for me to retrieve it. There’s no napkins or condiments of any sort in the dining area so anything and everything has to be done at the counter, as backed up as they already are they like to make things harder for themselves to serve customers.Atmosphere will never get better if they continue to be backed up with many people waiting at the counter because it is a busy location w/ people coming and going.From my experience, the food is always hot and seemingly fresh is the only positive I can say. Although my experience today wasn’t even subpar; no soda at all and A/C wasn’t working on a humid 99 degree day to say the least.

Every time I order here (works two block away) it takes over 20minutes to get my food. Always a long line waiting. Even if I order on the app ahead of time, I still end up waiting a 5-10 minutes. And if no one is waiting in store, my mobile order still takes the same 5-10 minutes after I arrive for pick up.Also, every time I order a happy meal or big breakfast, something will be missing; juice, apple slices, my toy, pan cake, etc. When the Minecraft special meal (that you pay extra for) came out, they didn’t give me the toy and didn’t tell me. When I went back to ask for it, they said they’ve ran out and can’t do anything. Honestly, it wasn’t too much difference in price, but feels bad so I asked nicely for a refund and recharge, which they declined…?Also, first time ever from McDonald’s that I order 10 piece nuggets and got 7 pieces.

This location has just recently opened and the grand opening is still occurring. Therefore the food quality especially the service should be 10/10. I received ice cold TASTELESS fries, the wrong soda and my burger and bun were hard like a rock. This location should have never opened without extensive training, supervision of the workers and the food quality. I went back to get my order corrected and was met with attitude. McDonald’s fix it now.

As a newcomer to the area, I'd no idea this massive tower was once a single-story standalone Macca's w/ a drive-thru & parking lot! The food, service, & seating area are just fine, especially since the system & employees are possibly rather new. The lady at the counter was rather apologetic over the wait time, even though my order really didn't take very long! This is my go-to of chicken & cheeseburger, which was conveniently being offered as a special discounted deal.
