★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very good food, rustic atmosphere, an institution at this point. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't stop in for a meal. Laid back casual dining, yet the food is on point. Menu is robust enough to have what you would probably want, but not do overwhelming you can't make a decision.
October 12 · Jabez KongA true neighborhood gem and local icon! This restaurant never disappoints. The specials are always amazing and worth coming back for — from the flavorful paella to the perfectly cooked cowboy steak and the bursting plate of fresh flavors. The service is exceptional, warm, and attentive, making every visit feel special. Their wine selection pairs beautifully with the food, and the desserts are a must — especially the Oreo cheesecake made in-house, which is out of this world. Even my 12-year-old can’t resist — the chicken tenders are amazing! You just have to get over the quaint, antiquated structure and charm — but honestly, that’s part of what makes it special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for incredible food, great atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality.
October 03 · Mary OrnsteinThis place is great to go to! The prices are very good and the food is even better. I’d highly recommend going here for to eat.The tavern atmosphere and the paintings on the wall add to the experience of the place. My favorites are always the pasta with muscles because they really loaded up on muscles. I also really like the penne vodka!Definitely go here if you have the chance
June 11 · Peter NekosWhat a neat old place. Extensive menu options, good prices, and the food is great. Don’t judge a book by its cover!
July 06 · Chase SmithCasual atmosphere with a nice/diverse menu. Service was friendly though slow. I thought the Muscoot soup was average (others got the Clam Chowder & said it was very good). Ribs were below average with not a lot of meat. My buddy got a burger and said it was just OK. One of our group got a salad w/ lobster/seafood and said it was delicious. Overall, a nice dining experience but nothing special.
