I ordered from uber eats and there were 10 delivery people trying to pick up my order but none of them succeeded. I asked uber eats customer service and they told me it’s because the restaurant didn’t prepare the order??? I later reordered the same thing but this time had the customer service team call this branch in advance. Now surprisingly this time the order was ready under 10 minutes. So much unnecessary dramas in ordering just a freaking pizza. Please avoid this branch whenever possible.

This is the worst papa John’s pizza ever I ordered pizza from them and they said they delivered it i never received my pizza at all and then I had to keep calling to find out what happen to my order then they said they will send me a new order I told them to call me when they are downstairs then when I get the pizza from them that I’ve been waiting for 3 hours for that’s what my pizza comes out looking like I threw it in the trash I’m not eating a messed up pizza with alll the cheese on one side the worst delivery man needs to get fired I’m going to also be calling corporate and reporting all of this

My pizza was left sitting out in the cold with no notification or app update. When I called to address the issue, I was not only met with unhelpful responses and also accused of misinputting my phone number—despite the fact that I’ve successfully received deliveries before. The person on the other line said they would refund my order and we’ll have to see if does get cancelled but will have to wait until next week.This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. A reliable delivery system and courteous communication are basic expectations for any business, and it’s disappointing to see these standards repeatedly fall short. This is something their corporate level team should fix for their app as well as ensure there’s a way for the delivery is made timely.After numerous missteps, I won’t be ordering from this location again. If you value dependable service, I recommend looking elsewhere for your pizza night.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas (regular crust). Extremely thin, dry, and hard as a rock. This has happened more than once at this location. Either not proofing the dough or stretching a small dough size out to a medium.

Saw a lot of bad reviews about delivery so I did pick up. Taste good, pretty well portioned topping and very nice dough slapping.
